Agenda (as of Feb 8th)

major topics:

* low frequency response (coordinated by JML) - what has been learned from the data we have - physical modelling - measurements planned (experiments in Cardiff & preparation of the tests at CSL) - inflight measurements - impact on the data and modules needed to correct them

* FM pipeline (coordinated by KG) - review the present plan and discuss missing modules and plans to develop them . (including review were of input parameters needed and s/w modules to generate them if needed (ground measurements, flight measurements, modelisation) Ken Ganga, M. Ashdown

optics: (JML + optics WG +B. Crill + Richard Hills ?) - main beam measurements (method, accuracy) - extraction of the optical system parameters from the flight data (from all bolometers (and LFI data ?) to optimize the beams (main and far side lobes) calculations

- polarisation parameters (angle and cross polar leakage) extraction from the flight data only a short status report on the ongoing simulations, calibration sources in the sky: IRAM proposal (coordinator TBD) , other telescopes

short topics

* Level S (JML+ C. Rosset) - presentation of what is planned (C. Rosset) - complete the level S with HFI instrumental effects needed for FM pipe tests - prioritize for the need of the coming ground segment and pipeline tests (the present list is too long for everything to be realistically implemented for the first round of tests)

* operating point of the cryo chain (JLP) - report on present situation -discuss trade offs (performances vs lifetime, risks, worse case)

* CSL (F Pajot) & CPV (FXD) phases - presentation of the present plans - first round of discussions at this meeting: - continued as a main topic at CMT#8 April
